Star Wars: Interregnum is an upcoming mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion that builds off of the highly successful Enhanced 4X Mod. Fleeing the unknown terror that is chasing the Vasari, the factions of Sins of a Solar Empire stumble on a temporary wormhole that takes them to a galaxy far, far away. The sudden arrival of armadas with trillions of refugees and thousands of warships between the events of Episodes 5 & 6 forever alters the Star Wars universe and plunges the galaxy into an unprecedented period of chaos and violence. Just played a 3 hour game and I did not notice any missing buttons. Can you post a screenshot? Do you have the GoG or Steam version?

The game got an update, but i forgot to check what changed.
I suddenly detected warping enemies in the game, when i was almost done destroying my first opponent i got overwhelmed by the last enemy
They can warp a whole army without the need for any warpgates, and worse they attacked multiple planets at will.
Also the start menu is garbled i can no longer end the game, so no clue what they did.

cool thanks btw ive come across alittle problem the mandalorans arnt attacking the planets they just killing everything it then just sit there instead of bombing the planet

If they do not have any siege frigates (Acclamators) or capitalships that may happen.

No, this mod is set a bit after the original trilogy. Clone Wars era ships including the Providence however are in the mod.

Uh hey there I got that problem too. I activated the EX4 mod first, there were no problems. Then I activated the Star Wars mod. And then when I press the button to get out of the mod section, so I can go to the main menu, there are no buttons to press in the main menu. I have the steam version and I tried to a screenshot, but all I got was a black image.

What version of Rebellion do you have and where did you get it? This update was released especially to fix a main menu issue with the Rebellion 1.92 update last month.

So I have a question about Interregnum. I want to hear your thoughts on this, would you be able to change the 8 octuple cannons on the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer from ion cannons to turbolasers? It always seems to be an inconsistency on whether the ship has ion cannons or turbolasers there, but (and this is just my personal opinion) I think turbolasers and a turbolaser barrage ability or simply an effect like how it has with the ion cannons that rapid fire would be absolutely awesome. Let me know you're thoughts on whether this would break balance or not. BTW I'm the same guy who asked about the Raider corvette a few years ago. Also I love you're mod to death, it is hands down my favorite sins mod, you guys are beyond awsome!

The ISD-IIs armament in Interregnum is based on the ones seen in the later Rogue Squadron games, since they are the most visually interesting and most prominently featured main armament. I really haven't seen many visual sources where the ISD-II uses its primary guns. Youtube.com

We gave the Tector Octuple turbolasers IIRC to reference the fact Star Destroyers could be armed with either. The ISD-II also excels at countering and locking down enemy ships so Ion Barrage fit in better with its intended role.

would it be possible to get a mini mod that makes alliance upgrades permanent. if you think about it once a technology is had and it on ships or buildings the opposing faction would litterally have to destroy all those ships/buildings/ every database to erase the tech

This is a bug with Sins that I see people complain about on the steam forums quite often. I really don't know why it occurs for some people. But it happens even without mods.

Wanted to add,that the Star Wars mod has to be first in the mod order. Otherwise the game crashes upon map loading(thin white line shows) and then you get a notice behind the game window about the crash.

I don't know why E4X on it's own would have that issue, but you know Star Wars worked because the main logo and art work changes immediately after putting it to the top of the list and clicking APPLY.

Yes, in the installation instructions it says to make sure Interregnum is above E4X in your mod order. Moddb.com

In the last year, and in about one hundred games, in single or multiplayer,I've never seen Kuat, MonCala, or the new Kessel Planet. It's a real "rare" possibility.. I would ask if it were possible to insert something like a "rare minimod planets".

Are you playing on random maps? They will not appear on any premade standard Sins maps.

That said, we are testing a new type of random map that includes these planets. You can actually try it out now with this addon. Moddb.com

All the rare planets are indeed extremely rare in random games. You basically never see them. I find it easier to include them manually in premade maps. For example, on team maps, I might include Kuat on one side and Mon Calamari on the other.

I have been having download issues: Normally the download process takes about 30 mins until around 480-490 MB when the download fails. The reason that is given is that it cites "Server unreachable". I am not aware if anyone else has had this issue, but if anyone knows any solutions it would be much appreciated.

Slot ACTION_CAPITALSHIP_OPENMANAGEINTERNALS can't be setup over ACTION_CAPITALSHIP_ABILITY_4.

Keep getting this error message when ever I click on a hero ship, any idea what I need to do to correct this?

You are either running the game in the Dev.exe mode or for some reason logging has been turned on in your settings.

Either stop using the dev.exe, or delete your Rebellion.user.setting file or open it with notepad and change the line ShowErrors to FALSE.

Hello, I am here to say that the mod doesnt work for me. I had the mod in the right place along with the X4 mod and when I launch the game the main menu doesnt have any of the buttons, just the ships, music and panel where the options should be. Any advice?

What version of Rebellion do you have? This issue should be resolved with this version (3.321) with Rebellion 1.92, the latest.

Hello, first of all, I just installed the mod yesterday and so far I really enjoy it and it worked without any problems.
But what I seem to be having problems with is your adjusted Galaxy Forge.
I made a map yesterday but when I tried to play it I got the famous instant defeat message. I never had this problem with vanilla so it seemed strange to me.
Below I will provide a link with the map so if you could try it and see what happens and maybe find what is wrong with it that would be awesome.

HI, first off love the mod. by far my favorite thing to play. I do wish you had the GAR during the clone wars but i understand how much work you put into a faction and that it most likely will never happen, you guys do an amazing job with the detail. I am wondering though if you could add the original republic 9 spoke cog to your icons list. thanks so much for all your work you guys are amazing

Hey Goa, The kuat drive yards do not show up for me in the star wars galactic map, the planet is there but the drive yards are not. Just thought id let you know

It's a bug with the new Rebellion 1.93 update. The mod mostly works but there's a few random bugs like that. If you're not playing multiplayer I recommend downgrading to version 1.92 if you have steam so Kuat etc. will still work. :)
