Star Wars: Homefront mod

Not a bad mod, but personally, I do not consider it an updated version of Battlefront Extreme because of the following:
-Weapons have changed quite drastically. Some classes are way less deadly then they were before and less enjoyable (Storm Trooper Commando/Shadow Trooper, no more Nova Troopers)
-Grenade throwing has changed back to a vanilla style
-Some Troopers are just flat out weaker than enemy counter parts such as the Purge Trooper. The rocket projectile goes downward at a short distance and cannot be controlled. Due to how the AI works in this game, trying to rush the enemy with melee or getting the rocket to hit just right will get you killed often (AI always prioritize the player)
-Jawas one hit kill in Hunt
-The new blaster projectiles and impact effects are overdone (large, bright projectiles and smoke effects clutter the screen in a firefight). They cause too much distortion. The AI wont get concerned by this but from a player's side, it is too much
-The new assets for the Droids are fairly bad. Their newer textures looks like someone took the vanilla textures, upscaled them, added an overlay, changed the contrast, and then added a lot of sharpen to hide the edits. This looks even worst because it was not mip-mapped, leading to them looking grainy (this is noticeable on B1s and B2s)

Overall, I would recommend this if you want something similar to Battlefront Extreme but with different guns and slightly better assets. It is a good Era mod because it feels complete, but not a suitable replacement for Extreme in my opinion. The only changes in difficulty when compared to Extreme I would say is maybe the AI may target the player at longer distances, react a bit more, and the blaster projectiles/impact effects cluttering the screen (this last one is probably what makes the mod more difficult for me at-least, because Battlefront Extreme already does the two in a similar way).
For people looking for a updated version of Battlefront Extreme, install Battlefront Saga Edition. It has almost identical gameplay, fixes, and updated assets.

Amazing and underrated mod

Just wanna say, one of my favorite sides mod by far, and love that the AI can actually kill you without it being elite difficulty - actually makes the matches last a bit longer. If this mod will still receive updates in the future, I'd hope for compatibility with the XBOX DLC patch map conversions, as they look gorgeous. Fantastic mod, and amazingly designed Tatooine map, I hope for more like it.

I love this mod! I do have some requests, though.

1. Alternate secondary weapons for the Heavy, Sniper, Aerial, minigunner, and command units (namely clone commanders and captains), as only having blaster pistols puts these classes, namely the Heavy, at a disadvantage. I'm thinking blaster rifles and blaster carbines.

2. Lower A.I. damage. It seems that the A.I., namely the CIS, have absurd damage.

3. Thermal detonators for standard Clone Troopers.

4. Newer character models. Similar to the Improved Sides mod for better looking characters.

5. If possible, have it to where only the Stormtrooper and Rebel Trooper units are the only standard units available in the Tantive IV campaign mission. This one is probably the hardest one as I've only seen one mod on here pull it off (The Legends Reboot mod).

6. Have the units that resemble Commander Bacara in maps featuring the Galactic Marines feature more unique designs to better distinguish them from their commander.

While I have other requests/ideas, these are just the ones I'm really interested in seeing.

I have a few era mods and the Improved sides mod. Would this interfere with those? I have been wanting to download this it looks great!
