GOOD NEWS!
The Expanding Fronts team is proud to announce that we are preparing for our first official Beta release of Expanding Fronts! This Beta release will feature a fully playable Galactic Empire civ, alongside numerous other features.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
This release will serve as a test-bed upon which future updates and fixes will be built. The Galactic Empire will feature all 4 of its Sub-Factions, and a full roster new units to use. The developers will be constantly hosting, playing, and spectating multiplayer matches via GameRanger to teach players the ropes of the expansion, and to gain valuable feedback on our progress.
WHY JUST THE EMPIRE?
The Empire is the civilization we've poured the most work into, and it is currently the most complete of the 8. We are releasing it alone to allow players to see how the new Sub-Factions will function, and to provide any input to improve them, or suggestions for the other 7 civs.
WHAT DO I NEED?
The game will require Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, and its expansion pack Clone Campaigns to function properly. The mod adds all new files to the game, complete with an installer and new executable. You will still be able to play SWGB/CC unmodded without uninstalling EF.
CAN I PLAY ONLINE?
Yes, Expanding Fronts will still function online, so long as all players are using the same build of the mod.

No. You can order the game online through Amazon or eBay with some searching.
Otherwise, you can help us pester EA/Disney to convince them to have it released digitally.
