Alright first the good news.
We have gained a good foothold on starting the mod back up again. We are going to update more often and have gotten some work done already on some new models and coding.
Now the bad news.
Since my Cousins old computer contained all the files on the mod I kept using it. I was however unaware of the computer virus which lay still dormant in it. So one day I find that it is deleting everything and then the security program goes into emergency mode and resets the system to factory default. So everything was gone anyways.
So we are starting from scratch meaning it will take even longer to get it released. He backed up some of the files on other computers but the full plan and all the codes, models, programs, info, files were on his computer.
We managed to save the stuff from the first era set of the mod.
Now the progress.
New Features:
Fighters and Bombers rescaled so they are no longer nearly as big as the ships.
Frigates, Corvettes, Battleships, and other large ships have been enlarged
Many new additions to make the gameplay similar to BattleFront and Battlefront 2
New unit control feature where player can take control of a single unit like as done in an online game.
Thats it for now since we are still restarting. See you all later.

Normally I will support other mods as I believe in building a community and furthering the caue of modding but this mod is total BS. There are Warb Null models with no credit along with probably othere models I recognize but can't say who made them and A TON of nothing more than clip art from online. Somebody needs to post some credits or original work or this fake mod needs to be reported.
I don't often comment on mods, but this one is now the rare exception. I glanced through a number of the comments and came across the incredibly amusing debate ensuing concerning what is actually going on with the creation/management of this mod. I then decided to look at the pictures on this mods page...and in my opinion - the mod's a total fake.
I don't think I saw one picture that wasn't taken from another mod, another professionally made game, or some artists work - in one case, the artists signature was still visible in the image.
I'm not going to comment on whether or not someone has died, that has been done enough. I have my opinion on what happened, and I will keep that opinion to myself. But as far as the mod is concerned, its a fake - and though the ideas behind the mod may be all good and sound - there is no actual mod team - there is no Star Wars Clone Wars to Galactic Civil War mod.

This is a mod-troll. Stop uploading fake pics, and if your brother really died, just leave a message saying the mod is dead. If you want the mod to continue, just release whatever is done. REMEMBER - Don't feed the trolls.

This is fake, it's I also agree that this is just a cover to get attention. I mean WHY would you tell us that your mother died, and that your father starved to till a " inspector" came. And now your " cousin " is involved??? I think you are the same person. Most people would not say that stuff. MOST people say " I'm sorry but the my mod is backed up a bit due to real life experiences. " . Or something similar.
I concur. People who do stuff like this make me sick, and all of it was for attention since his mod doesn't seem to be getting any (It couldn't be for the lack of progress, could it?) Now, why don't you go sit in a corner and think about what you've done.
