Description
The new Raider-class Corvette. We're doing some roster swaps for the Alignment, and this is one of them, as their new anti-fighter ship. The Arquitens is being moved out of the anti-fighter slot into the starting frigate slot, which is more accurate for its armament. The Gladiator now requires research to unlock it.
It was cool to see this legends ship brought into Battlefront 2, I like it when they do that (usually)
When the hell did they bring this into Battlefront 2 ? What Battlefront 2, old one or EA one ?

Well, this is a nice addition, although one must wonder why so many SW mods add this particular ship nowadays...
It's a relatively new ship that was made up for the X-wing miniature tabletop game. The Rebels got the Blockade Runner, but the Empire didn't really have anything in their canon or legends roster to match it size-wise(everything was too big!), so the Raider was invented a year or two ago.
Now the Gozanti of SW: Rebels fame has also made an appearence on the tabletop.
Alignment is more and more becoming my favorite faction of all. So many ships I love are in it's roster and now this.
That's dissapointing, was really hoping it'd be the Vigil.
This makes this the thrid SoaSE mod to feature a Raider to the Vigil's zero.
Bummer.
The Vigil really isn't in the same role, especially for Sins anyways, having looked into it all more after starting the poll. The Vigil is a lot more similar in both size and function to the Arquitens, so replacing the Arquitens with it wouldn't really get us anywhere. The Vigil may make it in at some point, depending on certain other factors (we'll be making one for ICW anyways, so the assets are there).
The Raider was always One of those Fantasy Flight gaming ships that look cooler than some of the canon ones (to me at least lol)
