For those of you who are unaware, we're dividing the Remnant tech tree into three possible regimes; Thrawn & Pellaeon, Palpatine, and currently Daala. Each will have their own separate gameplay hooks, bonuses and negative attributes. People have repeatedly asked "well why not Warlord X," however the key point here isn't just throwing in another name. It's developing distinct trees between all factions and branches, and in this case, putting a fourth spin on the Imperial doctrine, as it can be represented in the Sins engine (between the Pentastar Alignment, Palpatine, Thrawn & Pellaeon, and the final slot here). The final style we're looking for can be pretty equally represented by two people; Daala and Zsinj. This is essentially a tech focused one, where the big bonus is non-permanent hero death and two SSDs at once. Daala brings the first through the Maw Installation, Zsinj brings it through his own close association with different scientific projects. Each has one or two additional techs they can bring to the table (Daala with reunification stuff like Crimson Command and some of the Maw's weapons, Zsinj with some of his own weapons research and Night Cloaks), but not enough to justify making both. So, we're asking for your input; which would you rather see?

personally I would like more details of each of their traits before giving my vote, but it would probably be Daala. Never really liked Zsinj lol
This is more a difference in style than substance; their bonuses and abilities would be pretty much the same just stated in a different way, it's more about how it's presented, which is why the choice is between them in the first place.
I think more diversity through Zsinj's raptors would be cool.
Daala was always a more interesting character, so i would like daala.
Plus i always end up calling her Dolla, which makes me laugh.

If you'd somehow actually made the Nightcloak a visible weapon/starbase/building, then i would choose Zsinj. But without that, it's Daala for me.

I cast my vote for Daala because she's more iconic & well known, She's also a personal favorite.
Practically speaking however.... Isn't Daala more akin to Thrawn in not relying on Superweapons, preferring pragmatically the use of conventional Imperial methods in a aggressive & creative fashion? MAW or not I can't imagine her heading a Tech-Specific flavor of the Imperial Remnant.
IMO (for what it's worth) Ysanne Isard might be a better candidate to head a Tech-Specific Imperial Remnant group in contrast to Zsinji.
I'll throw my lot in with Daala.
You see, I'd rather crush an AI Zsinj. But I'd rather play as Daala. My vote is for Daala.
Casting my vote for Daala. Thematically, she makes more sense because she was actually trying to reunite the Empire under one ruler. Zinj was just trying to carve out his own empire iirc.

I'd rather see him as a, well I forget the actual term, its been awhile since I've used GalaxyForge but where you can select a profile of what would be found around a planet or leave it empty. That way he could be implemented for special scenarios to try and hunt him down.
This. Don't make him a tech option for the Remnant players, just make him a fully functional AI warlord, like you've originally planned.

Well i know almost nothing about EU (Expanded universe for noobs lol) But I do know that Zsinj was a great Admiral commanding Brawl/Iron Fist later that should also be know as the Benedict Arnold of his time but he did die a tragic death on dathomir due to Han Solo... Hail The Emperor...
