STA3: Road to the Stars is a mod for ARMA3 that brings the Star Trek TOS series to life. It will allow you to explore strange new worlds, and let you take part in away missions that will test both your diplomatic and combat ability. In the first stage of the project three proof of concept addons will be released. The Class F shuttle, the Type II phaser, and Starfleet Officer playable characters (and perhaps a surprise or two). In the second phase you will find the USS Enterprise and other large ships of various factions, OPFOR infantry and weapons, and a playable map including missions. Bis Tools Released; Expect Updated Infantry Pack Soon

BIS just released the new version of their SDK, which actually solved a lot of the problems that I've been facing with the character and weapon packs.

What does this mean for you? Well, I would check back this weekend for an updated infantry pack that includes Humans, Andorians, and Klingons!
