I hate Sins. In the last days I insert my Material in the Game. All fine, but if I use Bumbmaps all looks terrible. I read I must create Tangentmaps, but this is, better not to say.
I tried it, to create the Tangents in Softimage, but the Tutorial don't work or I'm to stupid for it.
Here the Problem. Standard "hasValidTangents TRUE" and the Ingame Results:
The Bumb work, but this darkens parts.
If I set "hasValidTangents FALSE" you see clean the Textures with a litte Shadow Problem, but with no bumb:
I need a simple Tutorial for Softimage or a elegant Solution.
