Description
One of the things that need to be done is the cleanup and adding of the small little effects, this is one of them, its the new effect when the federation colonizes a planet.

I always found it funny that on the official blueprints and schematics of the Galaxy class Enterprise it only had 2 toilets on the ship. Tell ya that must be some que in the morning!

"Fun" Fact of the Day;
In Star Trek V, The Final Frontier. Shattner who directed the movie had a module placed into the bridge set labeled "The Head" which is a nautical term for the toilet. The idea is it would slide out and be available whenever. Though personally I would find it embarrassing to use in fornt of, well everyone.
To my knowledge the only reference the that biological need ever.
