Daleks can time travel. Depends on how fast the Borg can assimilate a Dalek.

Man, I've got to watch Star Trek: First Contact again. Still though, Daleks are regular Time-Travellers. Also, they are exceedingly hard to capture with self-destructs and emergency temporal shifts so on, so on.
The Temporal War that would spark would make the Time Lords tremble. Imagine, Borg Cubes and Dalek Saucers hopping through time, exchanging weapons fire as they try to sabotage each other's past.
But the Cybermen wouldn't be as easy targets as the Daleks.

No, Species 8472 can DESTROY the Borg, not go toe to toe with them. You said it yourself, they almost annihilated the Borg, which means that they are superior to the Borg. I said that Daleks and Cybermen can match them, not beat them. A SIGNIFICANT difference.
True, but when it comes to the Borg, in that case, nothing is equal to them, everything would get beaten by the Borg except Species 8472, because everything the Borg touch including technology can become part of the Borg.
You're not wrong, but neither the Daleks nor the Cybermen are not to be sneezed at. Also, if you read Star Trek TNG Doctor Who Assimilation, you would know that Cybermen, enhanced with Borg tech, would be able to wipe Borg out as easily as the Species 8472.
