Sky too bright :)
Funnily enough it's as it is in Call of Pripyat, vanilla!
To all the "Sky is too bright" folks:
A) The sky is bright in vanilla games; we're all no doubt used to CrommCruac fixing it for us with Atmosfear.
B) We have no clue what time it is without a hud. If this was earlier in the night, then it's completely plausible.
C) I love playing Devil's advocate

You have to have the contrast of [some] higher level of the sky-box illumination. Several reasons I can think of...
