Ok I know the underground hasn't been a gigantic part of the stalker games and i wont deny that it most likely doesn't matter, however I would love it if you made a much larger underground system of tunnels, simply because it's so scary down there and having the extra areas adds more flavor (rant rant rant) You get where im going with this. :D bless you.
I'm with you WW in that I love the subterranean areas and always wished that they could be sooo much more....then along came Metro 2033.

Those tunnels were scary in SHOC. I remember one of the first bloodsuckers I ever met was there. And there was a controller too.
I think COP graphics are going to make it even scarier. x)
To me, the ambient lighting in the tunnels is what makes it so terrifying... it's unreliable, frequently changes, and never really "helps" you see anything - until it's way past too late.
