Statistically, 1366x768 is the most common computer resolution (including PC's and mobile devices/laptops). What resolution do you play at?

You might have better luck with steam survey:

Store.steampowered.com

Click in that table on "Primary Display Resolution" to reveal data for other resolutions.

If that survey can be trusted, most common resolution is 1920 x 1080 following up with 1366 x 768.
Later is probably common due to significant number of people play games on cheap notebooks that were not designed for playing games at first place.
But can't judge anyone, people will use whatever they can afford.

It's obvious, so far, that is the case for MISERY. I noticed at least one two monitor setup. Higher resolution laptops are in the $1000 and up range, the first I found was almost $1400. At 17" that resolution looks perfectly fine. I never criticize anyone for their budget circumstances. I'd rather help them get the most out of what they can afford.

See so far? There are a few who do play at 4K resolution! And only second to 1080p! :)

.. and here we are probably at 100% S.T.A.L.K.E.R. players and not just any other game like in other "generalized" surveys, whereas S.T.A.L.K.E.R. players are already self-filtered since most know they need a "better" system to game on. Wouldn't you agree?

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. cannot be played on tablets or cell phones, I think.

That's why I asked here. The demands of this game/mod being what they are I can see why only a few of us use 2160P, but almost any midstream GPU can handle 1080P at 60 FPS with minor concessions at most. I also would expect less laptop players than PC's, but at 1366x768 with 8Gb of DDR and a SSD most laptops could probably do fairly well. It's getting under 6GB of DDR and using a traditional hard drive that kills performance the most.

2k for the win. However, GPU can handle a bit more hehe

4k here, the only problem I notice is the words inside dialog boxes are elevated and not centered, making "unload-remove silencer-etc." buttons in the inventory menu hard to operate. Maybe little alignment issues? IDK :)

In reference to those you tube vids...Holy Shit.

That is an unfortunate engine limitation. The original engine is unable to automatically scale the text and adjust the UI boxes to fit. Fortunately, double clicking on items to use them works in lieu of fumbling with the buttons. The UI needs to be redesigned with UHD in mind down the road.

If you play at an unlisted resolution, please note it here in the comments. The Poll only allows so many possible options, so I had to limit them to the most common.
