This is just a mini-mod which make any armor and any weapon upgradable at any mech (The Forester can upgrade your stuff too)
Didn't understood well the concept behind it at first, thought that it could make every technician make every type of upgrade possible (which doesn't), but it just makes them upgrade your stuff without needing data and etc.
That doesn't mean it's not useful, it is because you can just take your gun/suit to any specific technician and upgrade it without all that "boohoo find this data first" thing.
Piece of advice tho: don't install this if you want to upgrade a specific weapon/suit on a technician that doesn't deal with that things because that's not how this works. This mod only saves you the work of walking more after data to them obviously.
It makes no sense progression wise.
