It's great mod, even greater than Call of Misery I used to play. In its standalone version it already has many add-ons, which enhance the gaming experience without figuring out what and how you should install them. That's a huge plus for me. Also, there are new items, mechanics, requirements... It's all well done and makes the game challenging and long-paced.
Just to point out, this mod is still improved and updated. So, you might have to update the mod itself and the add-ons that don't come out with the mod. It might make you start a new game. And there are still some translations to do since I don't know Russian and not everything is translated. A Polish translation would be a nice addition if it is possible to make.
But overall, I can definitely recommend this mod. I love survival-exploration sandboxes and the Last Day mod is probably the best one I have ever played so far.

If you want everything and the kitchen sink, then this is your mod.
I still don´t understand why some traders upper their prices while the player´s rep rises, but I hope in a future patch this economical issue´s gonna be fixed any day soon

Well the mod its pretty cool and atmospheric. But it builds up over the Misery aspect of "its dificult becouse it is".
A lot of things must be reworked. For instance, the gun dissasembly... you must use tools to dissasembly guns while in real life most guns are made so you can dissasembly them without using any tools for cleaning.
Selling mutant parts doesnt really give you a lot of money, since ammo is really expensive. And you have to go tru animations before chopping up mutans parts. One by one. Thats just tedious and adds nothing to "immersion".
Its increadibly hard to get started in this mod. You are poor and vulnerable and the way you can make money its really grindy and slow that you feel like youre working a lot just to start playing.
