Is Call of Misery too easy? Then you belong here!
If CoM is a step up from CoC, then this mod is a step up from CoM. It contains many neat features which make it even more challenging, but fair, not to mention that it has all the essential add-ons already included, saving you the hassle of having to install them separately and worry about compatibility. The only thing I had to adjust was the time_to_aim parameter for all the weapons, but it's nothing that 5 minutes in Notepad++ won't fix. Apart from that, the economy needs adjustment, because selling a high-condition and high-end rifle should net more money, e.g.: I tried to sell an 85% L85, and the trader offered me some 3.4k RU, which is a bit ridiculous. Still, with that out of the way, it is a great mod!
What to say, best combo of mods for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. I've ever seen, made by passionate people, based on realism and hardcore sandbox, stand alone and free! At times I found it a little bit too difficult but it's understandable, that's the way it's meant to be played, the translation it's not nearly done so you can't enjoy some features at all but i imagine it's a long and hard task and what's already there is playable and really fun. It's clear that all the modders who worked on this are pushing the limit to what this engine can do so it's poorly optimized but again it is playable. In conclusion I absolutely reccomend this (especially when the translation will be completed), CoC and Misery were the s**t, then some genius merged the two and now these guys have put the cherry on top. This is the best S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mod so far.
Basically my only way to play the game.
The economy still must get reworked.
And ffs implement a weapon parts scavenging / disassembling system if you're gonna make every looted weapon a rusty unsellable garbage!

its good but the inventory has a bug where i see a bandit leather jacket and a stalker suit together when its a mercenary suit
Punishing but rewarding. Difficult but beautiful and very atmospheric. Highly recommended for demanding Stalkers!
Amazing mod, I can never go back to normal COC or even COM after playing this, it just feels too easy ya know? Would like to see the addon section fill out a bit more but that always comes with time. 9/10 because although this mod is amazing, it is very buggy and I'd like to see it worked on stability-wise.

I still don´t understand why some traders upper their prices while the player´s rep rises, but I hope in a future patch this economical issue´s gonna be fixed any day soon
This quickly became the go to Stalker mod for. It is not as annoying as vanilla Misery and the new damage and accuracy model fits me perfectly. Dozens of new weapons, outfits and hundreds of new items.
It is just perfect for me.
BUT there are some problems that make it 9/10 many bugs are expected but I feel like mutants are a bit overtuned, and the alife has a tendency of spawning zombies near you at the start of the game, also Grenades are annoying as ****. The greatest problem however is that I can't access the deconstruct weapon/outfit option.
Also it's not fully translated which is yet another minor annoyance.
