To install Last Day, download and install these in order:
The mod runs standalone, meaning no pre-existing installation of Call of Chernobyl or Call of Misery is required.

The first version with the main author of the translation back in development, this version attempts to address numerous glaring and minor errors alike, as well as include various changes and updates to the file structure, some of which come from an upcoming version of Call of Chernobyl itself.
The version number has been changed to 0.11.0 due to the still incomplete status of the translation, which will once again be restored to version 1.0 once everything is complete. Nonetheless, the old version 1.0.1 is still up for download on GitHub.
Almost every file has been changed in one way or another, and any content not related to the actual translation has been removed; such content should either have been sent to the official developers of Last Day—not being present in the English translation only—or included in TRX: Fixes ’n’ Tweaks.
As such, any file not listed in the changelog is likely to have a few undocumented changes of minor significance: typo fixes, improved formatting, improved translations, etc. An attempt to move to British English is also being made, in accordance to its usage in Call of Chernobyl itself.

Can we choice Assassin path ??? it's like Merc but neutral with all faction. We can join any faction war without bad relation.

How come some times when i open back up the game my language is back to russian?
If you change any settings, I'm guessing the compiler will reinstall the russian assets.
Could you know how much of the translation into English is this? is that I am Spanish speaking and I would like to translate it into clear Spanish when it is translated completely into English

there are certain items in petrenko's inventory that are completely untranslated and a three part conversation line in barkeep's dialogue that is completely untranslated too, but the biggest problem i'm having is definitely that apparently the translation patch is being uninstalled? when i load the game after playing it while it's patched, the game is back in russian and it's windowed at like 800x640 resolution (which appears unfixable, it'll go back to 1440 but with a bar on the bottom of the screen so it's not 960) which is managable, but having to install the patch every single time i want to play is getting boring. is anyone else getting this issue?
We are aware of most of the russian untranslated stuff, so there is no reason to report it every now and then.
IIRC you have to change the language in the game options from rus to eng and then apply the translation.

Is there any way to get the debug console working from the standard Call of Misery? I've made a shortcut and added "-dbg" but it doesn't seem to work, I also tried adding the "debug_spawner.ltx" from the standard CoM.
Nevermind, it's working after a reinstall. I think I accidentally installed Last Day onto a CoC install.
So I do have a question for the bat files. Does it count physical cores or hyperthreading as well?

Repeatable though not a save breaker (game crashes) as it occurs sometimes. I installed the mod, patch, translation. Also are autosaves easily corrupted?

Hey SashaRed, I might have found a cause of the "time_night" crashes, I attached the corrected file so you can check it (time_night was set to "local" and there was a coma at the end of the array).. I did not test it properly though so not sure if it's ok

I noticed the Shotgun Sabot round description isnt translated
Moving strings away from the source files will make it harder to track what's being added/removed in any future releases by using simple comparison. It'll also make it more difficult to reuse this translation in translating, say, MLR 7.2 where most strings should remain the same.
I've sent this to the original developers of Last Day so that they can use the same files, as I've done a Russian version as well. As for other mods using MLR and MLR itself - I'll just do the same thing.

You can't use the default flashlight because you don't have a headlamp equipped. You get a basic flashlight at the start of the game and you need to equip it on the detector slot in your inventory, then you hit "O" and the flashlight should work. As you play you should be able to find headlamps for sale, or you can make your own.
No idea why SashaRed wants people to go through MISERY so bad though, the mod gets a bad rap from actual STALKER players for a reason.
No need to go through it and complete the whole game, but actually playing it for a bit would help people see what its derivatives do. At least playing Call of Misery would be very helpful. I don't think it's good that people jump into Last Day without any prior experience with the mods it's based on.

2 expensive items I cannot say what as they are still in russian. One looks like a upgraded symbol over a camelbak. The other looks like the extra weight carrier with the upgraded symbol.
They both cost around 20k and I have seen them at rostok duty vendor guy.
