basic description:
this is a basic overhaul mod which changes many aspects
of the game such as:

hud positions
sounds
weather
textures
weapons
spawns
stuff in boxes
suits
items
reactivated monsters
script spawns
scripts
load menus
hud
npcs can throw granades, change clothes and move dead bodies
