Collection of convenience tweaks and new functionality for CoM. Supports, STCoM, Outfit Addon, and Fieldcraft Crafting Overhaul. More detail:
CoM tweaks
This is up to date for CoM 1.0d fix 2. Do not use them with later versions without comparing the files, especially the scripts!
Install
Merge the gamedata folder with your gamedata folder.
If you're also using any of STCoM, Outfit Addon or Fieldcraft Crafting Overhaul, you will also need to merge the corresponding gamedata folder. Supported combinations are:
1. STCoM
2. STCoM + Outfit Addon
3. Fieldcraft Crafting Overhaul
No other combinations are supported, so use only one of those folders. You cannot mix STCoM and Fieldcraft support for example, the two are mutually incompatible.
To disable a feature, remove the named file below before merging gamedata. Some changes that add new functionality are not optional.
CoM tweaks
- Increase torch angle from 35 to 45 degrees - configs\models\objects\light_night.ltx
- Knives take 3 times longer to degrade - scripts\knife_manager.script
- Tasks always grant stash coordinates - scripts\xr_effects.script
- Talk to non-commanders if task giver (from 1.4.23) - scripts\xr_meet.script
- Restore Online Exclusion Radius menu option - scripts\axr_main_options.script
New functionality
These features have been ported from other mods and are not optional.
- Double click to loot mutant parts (Dimayne's script as used in Last Day)
- MISERY weapon/armor condition checker item (MISERY item as used in Last Day)
STCoM tweaks
- Traders always show all items as in base CoM - configs\misc\trade
- STCoM version of tasks always grant stash coordinates - scripts\xr_effects.script
- STCoM version of MISERY weapon/armor condition checker item - Not optional, multiple files
STCoM + Outfit Addon tweaks
- Traders always show all items as in base CoM - configs\misc\trade
- STCoM+OA version of tasks always grant stash coordinates - scripts\xr_effects.script
- STCoM+OA version of MISERY weapon/armor condition checker item - Not optional, multiple files
Fieldcraft Crafting Overhaul
- Traders always show all items as in base CoM - configs\misc\trade

Hey man, this is cool. Is there any chance you could also incorporate features from this mod here: Yadi.sk (adds rank-based loot, so higher ranked enemies will have better loot and weapons in better condition) and Griff's mod here: Yadi.sk (several convenience features, such as traders buying slightly more damaged weapons, and most importantly, weapon parts for repair, so you can get your guns fixed by breaking down other guns)? bionic pointed me towards those, and they're really great, but not sure if they can easily be incorporated with all the other tweaks + they would be even better translated :D
Sorry, this pack will be just these small tweaks.
EbonKnight, just merge them, if you can install a Stalker mod in the first place, then you shouldn't have any problem merging a few text files together.
1.4 adds a feature from CoC 1.4.23: you can talk to non-commanders if they're task givers. It is annoying to return with a finished quest and find out that you can't talk to the giver anymore. No more.
Also adds a tweak for STCoM: traders show all items all the time, just like in base CoM and Misery.
i think this mod need update for recent STCoM fix
When using the AA2 Hud optional addon, the Misery (grainy) texture on the item description box (i.e. when you hover over an item) is lost (it looks like the normal CoC item description box). Is this normal?
1.5 and 1.6 add the ability to double click on mutant parts when looting; an STCoM + OA version of the trader files; a minor tweak from the STCoM fix that corrects the name of the Mossberg 590 in the trader files.
1.7 adds the MISERY armor/weapon condition checker item for CoM, STCoM, STCoM+OA.
After installing this add-on, i can no longer skin any mutant anymore...
Which other mods are you using? Anything that overrides scripts/itms_manager.script will clash with this one.
i am having the same problem and checked for any other mods that clashes with this one and there is none.
You didn't answer my question, which other mods are you using?
I just reinstalled over a clean copy earlier today of Moddb.com and it works - I can skin mutants as well as double click to skin them.
Which is not to say this mod may not be the root cause, but there's nothing to go on from either one of your descriptions.
i am using dynamic faction relations, mutant ambient removal,corpses drop money and low condition trading.
The first two I know, but the latter two I have no idea which of many mods those are. Can you please provide the links?
Better still, what would be really useful is copies of these two files in your gamedata/scripts folder: itms_manager.script and ui_mutant_loot.script. Can you please upload those where I can look at them?

Hey, thanks. That lootmoney script is for an old version of CoC. Can you please upload those two scripts - the ones I asked for above - or even your configs and scripts folders?
Two of you have seen the problem, so there's got to be an issue. I can't reproduce it, need more information to track this down.
So, the one thing that would help me debug this would be if you, ninosal or fyreNL would upload a zip with your configs/ and scripts/ folders in it somewhere I can download it.
I'm also thinking of splitting out the two backported functions - double click to mutant loot and the MISERY item checker - into their own backports mod, keeping this one very clean and simple.

ninosal You're missing two key scripts that should cause the problem you're seeing. I've put just those two into this bundle, would you please install and see if the problem goes away? Drive.google.com
These two scripts are a part of base CoM so I don't understand how you could be missing them. How did you install CoM? You also seem to be running CoM+STCoM+OA not just the 4 mods you listed above - did you install STCoM and OA yourself?
Regardless, your install should never have been missing those two scripts so I'd like to understand how you installed it
if you are referring to those 2 scripts xr_motivator.script, xr_corpse_detection.script loot money advised to delete these 2 for any version above 1.4.14, that is because coc officially added support for lootmoney.script, and yes i am running STCoM with CoM sorry i forgot to mention it but not OA.

Thanks for uploading the folders, I now know what is the root cause if this issue pops up again.
One more thing: the Lootmoney script you're using is for CoC. There's one for CoM with a couple of extra, related goodies here: Moddb.com
Alkiroth's CoM overhaul contains a rebalanced and tweaked version of that addon, I suggest you use that instead: Moddb.com There's a folder called Balanced Autism in it.
Also, thanks again for uploading the folders - I wouldn't have been able to identify the cause otherwise.
It's better to zip up the folder first so you're copying just one file to Drive. I forgot to mention that, but if you have to do this again...
v1.8 of CoM Tweaks adds support for Fieldcraft Crafting Overhaul. FCO is a fine mod and it's great that andrejchudoba ported it to CoM. It is incompatible with STCoM right now.
v1.9 brings back the Online Exclusion Radius menu option from CoC.
I would like to only use the Condition Checker. Is that in someway doable? Cheers.
