Call of Misery started as an unofficial port of Misery 2 to Call of Chernobyl but has since gone on to add its own features and changes. There are now many addons for CoM itself, most of which are released in Russian. This mod has CoM and some of the popular addons for CoM along with some of the translations for them. Credit will be given in each mod and addon to the creators and translators.

I do not own anything. Another addon I found on .ru website. READ THE DESCRIPTION! All the weapons can be bought from Nimble. IMPORTANT: the installation of this addon is complicated, so back up the gamedata folder before trying to install it! Needed addons: STCoM (+fix) + Outfit Addon (StCoM version) + Changed hands HUD version 2.0. UPD: added the original fix. If you're getting a crash while talking to Nimble, make a save in front of him and reinstall the addon. Good idea to put it here. Is it translated ? i've been using this addon, it is nice, but i really prefer the original CoM knives...

Yes, this is the needed fix!
It's not translated but you can see some weapons' names in spawner. I can translate it to English but I have no knowledge on how exactly to do that.
I'll see what else might be worth adding here from the list.
Reuploaded the addon, now with the fix. According to readme file in the original fix folder, you can still get a crash while trying to speak to Nimble. In that case, make a save in front of him and reinstall the addon.
