This is the fourth update for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly 1.5.0 B3. It also contains everything from all previous updates and hotfixes. It needs to be installed last.
Install instructions
Unpack on top of installed S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly 1.5.0 version and overwrite files when asked to.
Notes
- Update 4 includes all fixes from Hotfix 1, Update 1, Hotfix 2, Hotfix 3, Update 2, Hotfix 4, Hotfix 5, Hotfix 6, Hotfix 7, Update 3 and many new fixes
- Does not require a new game, saves from previous versions are compatible
- Your settings will be resetted due to the new options menu, set them again before playing in this update.

- If any previous updates and/or hotfixes are installed, you can just unpack this on top of it with 7-zip, overwriting files if asked

Very nice update, with a lot of great additions to the game.
Just a couple of bug comments:
The buggy floor (black, no texture visible) where you start in Clear Sky base in Big Swamp, is back again (fixed in previous patch I thought).
Also the buggy green reeds model is still in Darkscape (no stem, just leaves floating in the air). There is a tree floating in the air in Meadows, close to the crossroads by the houses.
Anyways, thanks for all your hard work. Anomaly is amazing!

Ok, so I have tested it fairly well as of right now and these are the only problems encountered as of thus far.
1: Some of the unbreakable crates still have the dark texture on one side.
2: The textures in Clear Sky Base which others have mentioned.
3: When using the VSS Vintorez Tide with upgraded scope (extra magnification) for whatever reason when I first use the scope it zooms in and goes upside down in view. Its strange but It doesn't always happen either.
Beyond that it's running very well and I enjoy the new debug menu for armors and weapons! VERY useful feature for future armor creation purposes... Only wish I had it beforehand.

Vsync and 60fps lock is broken for me. It keep running with ~200fps, which is overkill with my 60Hz monitor.
Anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?
(also anti-aliasing set itself back to off no matter what i do, but i can live without it)

oh dear. what happend to v-sync? i somehow cannot activate it. i checked in the options but ingame, it doesn't work. i even tried it via control panel but it does not work :/
right now its stuttering as hell and iam not able to play it as before.
solved it by setting rs_fullscreen to on in the user.ltx, which btw was activated ingame. its playable again and is smooth af.

Sights are still misaligned for me.
I have noticed that this version is much more stable (for me) in dx11 mode. Previous one I've could only play stable in dx9. Authors of some addons are very fast in adapting their creations for new version so that is also great. I must say, this is one spectacular mod! My many thanks to devs! Спасибо! Хвала пуно!
