Just an addon I thought I'd share. Gives the option to add unused mutants in addition to zombie hordes to make the Zone a living hell for stalkers. UPDATE 6/5/20: I've completed some requests asking for only unused mutants without zombie hordes present. It is under version 5.
This addon comes in four different options for you to use:
Version 1:
- adds female zombies into zombie hordes
- Adds Karliks
Version 2:
- adds female zombies into zombie hordes
- replaces some mutant spawns with the unused mutants (Karliks, Boryas, and Albino Pseudogiants)
- Increases spawn rates of zombie hordes
Version 3:
(Survival Mode 2.0)
- adds female zombies into zombie hordes
- replaces some mutant spawns with the unused mutants (Karliks, Boryas, Albino Pseudogiants, and Bibloteklars)
- Increases spawn rates of zombie hordes
- I really don't recommend this if you like playing Anomaly casually and with friends. The bibloteklars will fuck up you and your squad big time.
- Replaces all if not most spawns with zombie hordes and humanoid mutants, including the bibloteklars.
- Stalker spawns are affected now. Traders and Medics have been replaced with zombies. Only a few faction bases like the Yantar Lab the Agroprom Military base remain intact...
Version 0
- Original addon. (A blank template for you to modify)
Notes:
- You may find places normally infested by tushankos and rats like the underground labs are replaced with dens of zombies and boryas, further making the Zone an unwelcoming place.
- Npcs involved with quests have a greater chances of dying to zombie hordes, which can be a good and bad thing.
- The bibloteklar has no ragdoll, but you can still loot from it.
Unused Mutants I've added:
Bibloteklar- The deadliest mutant of the zone. This elusive beast is known to shrug off several high explosives and kill Nosrog exoskeleton soldiers with a single strike, a trait unseen with both pseudogiants and Chimeras. Stalker, if you ever meet one of these abominations, you better hope you can outrun it.
Boryas- The ugly and furry iteration of a Snork. Just like their more humanoid counterparts, they're lethal in concentrated groups. After Strelok's third raid at the CNPP at 2015, a large den of Boryas have settled within the sarcophagus.
Albino Pseudogiants- An extremely rare sight in the Zone. Unlike other pseudogiants, this unique mutant uses the Chimera's leap attack to compensate it's small frame and inability to create shock waves.
I might make a third version of this addon later on. idk.

hey I think u mixed up the file names. like it says in description that version 0 is survival 2.0 but in file it says version 3 is survial 2.0? which is which.
Sorry for the goof-up. Version 3 is survival mode 2.0. Version 0 is just the original addon.

At last, someone making use of the already ingame mutants. We need someone to make them all spawn normally, it hurts me to spawn them via debug menu to take screenshots hehe
So this is an addon that changes all mutants/monster spawns into zombies? Does it touch Stalker spawns, or are they left untouched?
yes, this addon just modifies mutant spawns. Stalker spawns are unaffected.
I remember that I found a karlik in pripyat and that gave me the information for the pda, but if I spawn one of them and kill it when I looked at it, it doesn't give me any information to the pda, the same goes for the borya, this addon adds the information on each mutant's pda?
To be honest, I have no idea why the Karlik doesn't show up on your PDAguide. For me, no mutants have showed up on my PDA guide. For the Borya, there is no description of it in the vanilla game.
Here's the official description of the Karlik in the game files:
Karliks are very rare dwarf-like mutants which hide away in seclusion.
It is unclear whether or not they are related to Burers, but between them they share a great many psychic similarities making it difficult to dismiss as just coincidence.
On the few rare occasions that observations have been made, karliks are seen captivated by certain locations or artefacts, as if they have tasked themselves with their responsibility, proceeding to attack anything that comes too close.
\nHardly anything else is known about them, as most who have encountered the creatures directly are often found dead or crazy with no discernible physical injuries.\n

If one accepts that Karliks and Burers were lab creations, the former was likely an earlier iteration of the latter.
I am 100% sure you are supposed to butcher them to add it to your guide so you can read about them in the encyclopedia.
hi, got a technical question, is there any reason why you only used one type of female zombie (besides the wich)?
Im trying to get them to spawn myself, but havent seen any female zombies so far.
Did you do anything else besides adding the zombie line in the squad_desc to make it work?
I'm not sure why only two types of female zombies spawn, as I set three different types of female zombies to spawn.

huh, I don't see anything out of the ordinary. Maybe start a new game? Are you in warfare? I don' think it works there.

Sometimes it takes a while for the game to throw it at you. I played for 2 days before the game threw a horde at me. I get both regular zombies hordes and zombies with guns hordes

So, are ALL mutant spawns replaced by zombies? I still see boars and cats and such.
I would love to see a variant of Version 3 without Albino Pseudogiants, Bibloteklars, and Karliks. Same sort of all-spawns-replaced deal, but more zombie in feel.
I'm not sure if I can help you with the boars or cats, but I did replace stalkers with zombies in a new Version 4. It should make entire bases infested with zombies now. Lmk if any errors appear.

Is it possible to make a Lite integration with the normal spawns of mutants. I'll like to see them (even Bibloteklars) in a normal run. Not a fan of hordes just to kill them.
Also,can this mutants be looted, has some meat to cook, or anything?

By Lite Integration, do you mean a modification so that you can see the all the unused mutants without zombie hordes? If so, I could make that for you.
The bibloteklar is basically a buffed version of the Fracture / Izlom. This mutant can be looted, but it will have the same loot a zombie has, a.k.a you'll only get zombie hands and random items.
yes. i just want some random encounters in the zone like with any other mutant.
also, izloms and zombies have some random loot, maybe you could put this on the more dangerous ones and then loot will be worthty.

Hey I have a request! Can you make an addon that only adds those unused mutants and make them appear on their respective places lore wise? (also the female zombies seems good also) Please bro I consider this mod as essential addon.
I can fulfill this request, but I cannot control the places where they spawn. I don't think I am able to add any more female variants unfortunately.
Does this require a new game? Also for version 5 does it replace spawns or add new ones and if the former, would it be possible to add spawns instead of replace? Thanks! Cool idea and would love to see all the unused mutants implemented
No, this does not require a new game. Version 5 only replaces spawns. Unfortunately, I don't know how to properly add spawns into the world, although I'm sure other modders like GhenTong can extend this mod and add new spawn points.

So version 5 adds all of the unused? (Karlik,female zombies,boryas,albino psuedogiants,bibliotekars)? Been using it for a bit and have notice a ton of boryas, but I have not found a single pseudodog yet.

I think so. That's one of the things i changed. The only mention of pseudodogs in the file is here, version 5 changed it to borya. Not sure if it replaces everything though, I know very little about how it all works lol.

sadly i am getting a error every time who the monsters you introduced is for spawn, the error is like:

I'll be honest with you @fernando.s.b2000, I have absolutely no idea what that means. The most you can do is start a new game, enable the mod, and hope for the best.
mutant bleeding works perfectly. using v. 5. seen a lot of boryas, albino pseudogiants and zombies alternative.
No Bibliotekars. i look everywhere for them. not a single one. Already clear the Strelok, Sin and UNISEG missions. No Bibliotekars.

I just discovered Jupiter underground was a cesspit full of the worst combinations of mutants possible. I ran into 20+ blind zombies, two decently-sized packs of bloodsuckers, a bibloteklar, and a **** ton of boryas and lurkers.
