Replaces icons of all weapons and attachments with higher quality ones. Now compatible with almost all other mods that alter icons. For Anomaly RC18+ only.

--Weapon Icon Replacement
--==============================================================================================
I got tired of the low quality weapon icons in Anomaly so I decided to make new ones. I loaded
up the weapon models in Blender and rendered them in 16x ingame resolution then scaled them
down in Photoshop.
As of version 1.1 this mod includes weapon attachments. If you find any attachments that are
misaligned post a screenshot and the name of the weapon and attachment in the comments and I
will try to get around to fixing it.
Some of the icons on the "ui_icon_equipment.dds" file don't seem to be used by the game, so I
didn't replace them. However if you find an icon that is used by the game that I missed let me
know the name of the weapon and I will try to add it.
Also the reason the mod is 64 MB is that I have saved the file as uncompressed in order to
preserve quality. Compressing DDS files can dramatically degrade their quality depending on
the content of the image. I suspect the poor quality of many of the icons was due to them
being recompressed every time the file was resaved after being modified.

--Changelog
--==============================================================================================
Version 1.1----2020-10-16
--Added new icons for silencers, scopes and grenade launchers. These icons include labels
from the mod "QOL ICONS V2" by digitalifeless.
--Made use of a new feature in Anomaly RC15+ that allows item icons to be in a separate
file instead of "ui_icon_equipment.dds". As a result this mod is now compatible with most
other mods that also modifies or adds icons. A few lines needed to be added to some config
files however config files are MUCH easier to merge than image files so in the event of a
conflict merging simply involves copying a few lines of text. Note that this will only
work on Anomaly RC15+.
--Add a small amount of noise to the icons.
--Cut the file size in half by removing half of the texture that isn't used by this mod.

--Installation
--==============================================================================================
1. Extract the gamedata folder to your root Anomaly folder.

--Mod Conflicts
--==============================================================================================
This mod will conflict with any other mod that modifies the config files "configs\defines.ltx",
"configs\items\weapons\weapon_addons.ltx", "configs\items\weapons\weapon_scopes.ltx" or
"configs\items\weapons\weapon_silencers". Only a few lines were added so it should be easy to
merge.
Everyone has both my full permission and encouragement to use these icons in your own mod.
Consider them all public domain.
--==============================================================================================
--Uninstallation
--==============================================================================================
Simply delete the files "configs\defines.ltx", "configs\items\weapons\weapon_addons.ltx",
"configs\items\weapons\weapon_scopes.ltx", "configs\items\weapons\weapon_silencers" and
"textures\ui\ui_weapon_icon_replacement.dds" from your gamedata folder.

"I loaded up the weapon models in Blender and rendered them in 16x ingame resolution then scaled them down in Photoshop." Dude that's a crazy amount of work, I respect that! looks awesome
omg thank you for this, they look great as is but if there is anyway you can add to the quality of these icons please do.
They look awesome but for some reason it brakes the gun down animation (the one that happens whenever you talk to an npc) , can you fix this?
Does this work for 1.5.1?
