Doubtful. The old attack looks better, but the idea of hitting with a weapon is good - and the implementation is not very good. Then it's better to hit with the butt. And for pistols and uzi, leave a blow with the handle, It will be cool!)

is this used to break boxes? although I liked the idea of the knife in the fast attack but the problem was that it had a conflict with accessories that added new mele weapons, anyway excellent contribution and very good work!

I wonder if it'd be possible to add a MCM option to switch between Quick Knifing and Bashing people with the weapons.
I got so use to (quick) knifing stuff that smaking people with a rifle feels weird.
Wouldn't be so much of an issue if the original Quick Melee mod worked properly with Provoks "Anomaly Weapon Overhaul"

One sugestion: maybe the animations of the "lighter" one-handed attacks could be faster. Or in other words, the more damage they do, the slower they are and vice versa.

Автор (как я понял, русскоговорящий), а ты сможешь потом реализовать чтобы у НПС оружие могло тоже из рук выбиться? И можно будет сделать чтобы НПС от удара пошатывались на некоторое время, чтобы был шанс их добить без проблем.
Возможно, но пока хз, насчёт стаггеров они судя по всему полностью контролируются движком, можно только в конфигах триггер урона поменять, но тогда нпц будут стаггериться от любого урона =(
Мде, плохо дело.. Если бы движок обладал большим количеством функций, можно было как-то выкрутиться, а так придется наслаждаться тем что есть.
Привет,автор,годный аддон,давно с ним играю,это финальная версия?Так все хорошо,но на некоторых ружьях без приклада,у персонажа рука немного в воздухе остается,почти не касаясь рукояти оружия при ударе
да, пока что финальная, для всего двуручного оружия используется одна и та же анимация, так что да, кое-где рука клипует через приклад, к сожалению исправить это можно только сделав отдельную анимацию для каждого оружия, но это во первых слишком долго, а во вторых для аномальки сейчас разрабатывается новый оружейный пак, так что даже если и сделаю то вся работа пойдёт коту под хвост.
Привет еще раз. Тут конечно есть незначительный (хотя нет.. иногда даже надоедливый) баг: если ты умер и вертишь камерой над своим трупом, и потом нажать на кнопку рукопашного боя, игра тупо вылетает. Знаю, можно не нажимать на кнопку, но бывает либо случайно ее нажмешь, либо по привычке.

Доброго Вам Мастер Feel_Fried ;). Дружище научите пожалуйста напарников ремонтировать своё оружие( скажем - если им отдать рем.набор или спрей какой нибудь). Я замучался это делать за них, они "Падлы" в рукопашную своё оружие постояно ломают.

Now if only there was a way to do this quick melee (or any quick melee) without re-equipping the weapon. I do like how in this version the weapon equip animation doesn't play, but the sound is still there. Good work dude!
Could you explain how this mod determines what weapon has what animation? Id like to fix a big. The G3 rifle uses the pistol melee animation. Hilarious as it is, id like to patch it up.
Also, is there any way to edit the damage of the strikes? Particularly the chance to stun NPCs? I feel its largely useless as a feature if it doesnt stun them long enough for me to at least try to move to cover or reload.
Edit: I was down voted for asking to fix an issue with the mod myself. Nice. This community really baffles me sometimes.

Only thing that could make this better is weapon condition going down after hitting stuff, unless it does and I'm just blind/forgetful as hell (I am).

Is there a way to modify the damage for something specific? I really like the punch and want to up the damage for it without raising it for all of the other weapons I could use.
Also, I don't suppose it's possible to make it so exoskeletons increase melee damage, is it?
1. no without creating separated data table for all weapons, current code just use weapon weight.
2. well you can add check for current outfit in code and multiply damage if exo is on

Приветствую еще раз, честно говоря, тут не хватает возможности делать стелс убийство от удара прикладом, ибо когда я бил чувака втихаря, меня палили за 100 метров, будто я сделал выстрел. Хотя может в кодах там что-то в духе выстрела, поскольку иногда приходят новости как я пристрелил кого-то, а не боролся врукопашную. Может это прокатит когда на пушке глушитель стоит? не уверен.

because weapon can't be equipped to the binoculars slot, cuz... it's slot for binocular
