Just a similar to tarkov health UI (16:9) for EFT Medical Overhaul and Body health system.

1 and 2 need each other (i think so), i made especially for them, but found out it was compatible with normal body health, still, give them a try, they're easier.

This one goes BEFORE this addon, install them 2 first.

You can try my hardcore tweaks for that overhaul, but i don't know if it's a good idea.

Nothing much to tell, just a "replacer" for those icons. Hope it works, im not modifying or adding content to it.

Now changing the HUD. So, it makes it bigger, but yeah, it takes time to make things get in place.
these files inside the original folder do some stuff to the HUD.
(READ ALL BEFORE MODIFYING).
player_injuries.script: just change in the first lines your screen ratio:
16:9 - 169
4:3 - 43
16:10 - 1610
ui_body_health.xml: This one modifies the parts that move, like the main health (blue part, general health), stamina, and limbs health.
you can make them bigger here, larger and etc. (choose your screen ratio!!)
So, the limbs moves all health limbs at once.

bhs_health_bodypart
ui_custom_msgs.xml: This one moves each part of the limbs, separately, they're close to the bottom, just choose your screen ratio.
also, look at:
<body_health_system blablabla
<texture>ui_hud_bhs_bg</texture>
</body_health_system>
this is your texture HUD size, the one that is going to appear first when you open your inv. (state two of H, the one with more stuff).
the rest, good luck. I didn't change the bhs_stamina_bar or bhs_healthbar (i think so).

Its a great addon, but im having an issue where the bottom left version for non-inv display has the boxes in the bottom left but the information is still where it would be if it were the full display. No matter what i change it still bugs that way. Im using a standard 16:9 1920x1080 monitor, if you have any info that could help, would be really appreciated.

Game folder Anomaly\gamedata\scripts open file player_injuries.script and find the line

elseif show_hud_type==2 then show_hud_type=0 show_hud_change_time=time_global()
end
delete it and paste in that place this line
if show_hud_type==0 then show_hud_type=2 show_hud_change_time=time_global()
elseif show_hud_type==2 then show_hud_type=0 show_hud_change_time=time_global()
end
Save file and run the game to see the result.
For me it's a time delay till I find a working solution for hud-1.

mb some different resolution? only16x9 works i tried it in 1600x900 1280x720 both worked
was that to me ? if yes just for the record mine is 16:9 ratio 1920x1080 full hd
