I'm confused, isn't this a feature in the modpack itself?

It was in an older version but it was disabled for some reason. I just re-enabled it. No matter what you did certain factions would always be allies or always be enemies. With this everyone can be friends or enemies with anyone. Except Monolith, SIN, UNISG, Mutants and Zombies. Those remain untouched. I've updated the description accordingly.

Oh so you mean this gets rid of the faction pairs that had a set in stone relation? Because so far I have the modpacks dynamic faction relations turned on and relations are changing with factions that aren't set in stone.

Yes and it re-enabled earning goodwill and reputation from killing other stalkers.

Is it save compatible?
I have a save with it's own current relations.

In my testing it works with existing saves but you'll notice that it will apply faction relation changes from events that happened before the mod was loaded. So you'll load your save and you'll notice that Ecologists and Freedom have negative relations with each other, for example.

Another question. It only affects the relations negatively ? Because i completed a job for clear sky but their relation towards free stalkers keept the same (negative in my gameplay). Any ideas?

To get positive relations between the factions you would have to spend time supporting the squads of the other faction. Tasks are for your personal Goodwill only, but I think it should have some positive effect between factions too.

Sounds like the only way the relations can go is south.

Wait... Does that mean they are my enemy for ever?
Or my goodwill is treated separately?

No they won't be forever, once the faction relations hit -5000 they are reset to 0 (Neutral) by the script. This is like a ceasefire between the factions. I have mine set to -3000 so I don't have to wait so long.

Thank you Acemax for the timely and descriptive answers. Sadly I was at work all day and wasn't able to log on to help.

If I well understand this Addon make the faction relations change more quicker ?

I like this but I also like the fact that Duty will always be neutral to Loners and hostile to Freedom and you remove this right?

Yes. With this addon it is possible for Duty and Loners to become hostile to one other but in most of my playthru I haven't seen it happen yet.

Is this intended for story mode? Does it work as intended for the other modes?

After installing this mod I started getting some stuttering issues in Warfare after a few hours, just checking if anyone else is having that or if my PC is just, broken at this point.

It works the same with any game mode and I haven't had any one else reporting stuttering issues with any of my addons but I suppose it's possible. The game will be trying to calculate the constantly changing faction relations even when NPCs on the other side of the world map are fighting each other and if you have offline combat enabled it'll also start calculating all the reputation changes from the last time you booted up the game. So it could be taxing your CPU a little more than usual especially when you first load up the game.
