Dead Air has very foggy setting, so not really

You can but some editing is involved. Dead Air features the "very foggy" weather pattern, Anomaly does not have this setting, iirc. You'd have to define & add said weatherpattern to Anomaly weather-table.
Can it run R1?
R1 is DX8 right? if so, yes. I just made this cuz i use dx8 too.
Thanks, and one more question: Have it any dynamic scratches that show condition of your armor?
Yeah, sure, but it's almost imperceptible. Doesn't make all that difference. I only had 5-6 states to work with (there's 12 each on anomaly), so it takes a lot of damage to change them.

I know. But drop it, may be it too old, but you can find it on my addons. It wasn't my work, but I dowloaded it on 2018 at the Ru-language resource and wanted to share it with others, I use it now
It was v2 and after unpacking your mod I can see v3
Oh i get it, looks like this one is cleaner and has some "new" masks, check out the original one, it's in the description. xD
