Dead Air Knives.
This is a simple "model replacer" that replaces the ugly low-quality models of Anomaly with ones from Dead Air, which are MUCH more higher quality (even in textures).
I have no idea who are the original authors sadly, if you know, do tell me please.
Animations are not available, they're virtually identical in Anomaly and Dead Air, if you want to use custom animations I recommend this mod by DaimeneX: Moddb.com

Simply extract the "gamedata" to your main Anomaly folder.

All knives (Axes are excluded) now use much higher quality models and texture.
1. 6X4 Bayonet is now Homemade Knife.
2. Scout's Knife is now Bayonet.
3. Hunting Knife is now Tourist's Knife
4. Spetsnaz Dagger is now Hunting Knife
5. Military Knife is now Combat Knife

Anything that changes "m_knife.ltx" is not compatible.
A merge/patch can be done relatively easily though.

Incorrect links to the description and name, also when animating the cutting from "Food and drink", the original models of knives are shown.
What do you mean by "Incorrect links to the description and name"?
Also, that seems to be on the author of "Food and Drink"'s side
I think this is due to the fact that the description files of your mod are stored in an additional folder "txt", the game only displays [descr_...]

Having weird compatibility issues with Daimenex's knife anims. Actor arms are way high up on the screen for some reason.
I tried it myself and it works, did you merge the "m_knife.ltx" parameters properly?

This seems to be caused by "Boomsticks & Sharpsticks", since I don't use it, I can't help you with that, sorry.
Maid's HD icons seem to override this addon's icons, regardless of which one is loaded first/last in MO2 as far as i've tested. The knife models and names still show up just fine though.
Hope you get time to make a compatibility patch like the one you made for the PP-19 addon.
