Anomaly is a standalone S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mod powered by an x64 version of the X-Ray engine. Starting with version 1.5.0 Anomaly uses a custom engine build called the XRay-Monolith engine. After almost one year of development of the Anomaly 1.5.0 update, the mod continues its way on expanding and adding new features while maintaining a high level of quality and replay value.
A small collection of fixes that have been created by Dawn "Strider" in the Anomaly Discord.
Ok, so this is now a small collection of fixes that I have collected from Dawn "Strider" on the Anomaly Discord and made them available here for those not in the discord or for those that might have missed them.
Droppable Quest Items
It does exactly what you think it does. It lets you drop or stash quest items that are normally not able to be removed such as the Psy-Helmet.
Grenade Launcher in Item Sorter
Again, pretty obvious, it allows underbarrel grenade launchers like the M203 and GP-25 to be properly sorted in the miscellaneous category in the new Inventory Sorting system.
More Interactable NPCs
This is a single script that does two very interesting things. The first part fixes the issues with not being able to talk to certain quest essential NPCs such as Doctor or certain random NPCs who you have to give a specific item to in order to finish a quest yet due to being stuck you can't interact with them. The second part is that it allows you to speak to many more random NPCs which means more potential quests you can take.
New Game 100% Condition
This small script fixes the issue with starting a new game with damaged gear. Now any gear you select will automatically be 100% Condition.
No Wait Psy-Helmet
Completely removes the need to wait for Sakharov to build the Psy-Helmet, making it immediately available for pickup as soon as you purchase it.
One Day Wait Psy-Helmet
For those who think that having no wait is a bit immersion breaking but still don't want to wait the full two days for the helmet. It reduces the wait time to a single game day.
UPDATE v1.1: New features and fixes added:
Changes the weapon config files so that you can now put your weapon on "Safe" i.e. It won't fire at all while in safe mode. More for RP purposes than gameplay. This will require you to manually merge with other weapon config files if you use any altered weapon config files or addons.
Quest Cap Removed
Does pretty much what you expect. Removes the limit of quests that you can take so you can now fill your PDA with as many fetch quests as you can find.
Increased Drop Rates
Increases the drop rates for crafting recipes and other lore letters and books.
Monolith Nosorog Drops
Restores an edited value that caused some Monolith NPCs to not drop their Nosorog armor on death.
No Tool Upgrades
Allows you to fully upgrade a weapon or armor with a Technician without needing any of the toolkits.
No Power Consumption
Completely removes the power drain from all electronics. Now your PDA and Night Vision will last literally forever.
Sky's the Limit
Allows you to change all of the progression and gameplay difficulty settings in the extra options anywhere from 1 to 999999999 (1 off from 1 billion). A fun little tool for messing around with and learning more about how multipliers work.
Quick update to fix an issue that was causing a crash when using Increased Drop Rates (11/3)
