Anyways this is an HUD addon based on SidHUD which is needed for it to be fully functional. If you are wondering where the PsyBar is its the small white bar in the middle.
------------------INSTALLATION------------------
MOD ORGANIZER 2 is recommended
1. SidHUD is a prerequisite, install only 00 SIDHUD MAIN FILE [INSTALL FIRST ALWAYS]
2. a.) Install 01 CY-A HUD for just normal textures as previewed below:

OPTIONAL (Default Position LHS) For further immersion get Alternative Icons and install 00 AltIcons Version One [Colorant], open 00 AltIcons Version One [Colorant]\gamedata\scripts\alticons.script using a notepad editor and change these two lines :
size_adjust = 0.75 to -> size_adjust = 0.38

There is a normal and darker version of the HUD as I use a Reshade that changes its colour and desaturates it. So I created the darker version to match what it would look like in Reshade. One of the pics is Reshade with the normal version, the other w/o Reshade with the darker version. Try and figure out which is which.
Since it uses SidHUD as a base, some of the MCM configuration settings will not work as I have disabled it for those who do not have or want MCM menu for some odd reason (eg. durability bars). The only one that works are the RADBar, BLEEDBar, and HPProgressBar. Fire rate status remains visible for obvious reasons. One can open the ammo selector to check total ammo left. Ammo left in the mag however, well time to remember.

Is it "totally" compatible with Grok's BHS ( Text Version )? It only overwrite the "maingame UI" files, but I'm here just to make sure.
I do not know, but as you said maingame xmls only affects the hud and not the BHS scripts so it should be fine, refer to SidHUDs page for more compatibility info.
Yes, the Basic/Text version is completely compatible with any HUD, be it SidHUD, VoDis, Old Dog or CY-A.
SidHud is sick, so this addon is sicks as well. 10/10
Does anyone know if this would work alongside EFP 2.0? I saw it is conflicting a lot, and would be interested to know if there is an easy way around patching it.

This mod is amazing although I would prefer to continue seeing the type of ammunition that I carry in the weapon in the lower right part (not quantity)
Putting back the ammo icon isn't an issue, I'll add it when I have time. (And more optional stuff). If you are fairly modding savvy, you can take a look at maingame_16.xml to edit the coordinates to the ammo icon in the meantime.
the truth is I know practically nothing about modding but I will wait for future updates. this mod is cool. (PS: sorry if my English is not perfect)

It's probably not impossible to figure it out overtime but it would certainly be very helpful to get a description from you, seeing how many different meters there are in there.
EDIT: figured out, looking at files in folder structure, but it'd probably be useful for others nevertheless
