Indeed. I just started to use this addon and I'm in love with it. I feel like I'm playing the old Stalker again, except with more toys (guns), new graphics, new missions, etc. Really grateful for this addon.

It's kinda strange, just like when CoC was just being developed and there was a lot of addons that were filled with nostalgia for the old good Shadow of Chernobyl.
Is this replacement sound only for the player character or for mutants and npc's as well?
