Sure thing :) Moddb.com

This is all that you really need I think. I can't go to much further into detail, but there are a lot of people in the anomaly discord who can help further if needed

Do I install after "01.CVFX Blood Effects Tweak - Ultraviolent", or this mod will replace that.

This will replace it, you only need the core main file of cvfx :)

I think its safe to say that most ppl use BaS, HollywoodFX, and cinematic VFX. I'll cast a vote for compatability patches, more gore is always good!

Yeah I had to load this last in my order to get it to not be over-written by Cinematic VFX / HollywoodFX, not ideal for sure.

Oh man ... if you did this addon separately without having to use those addons that kills the performance of my Shity PC, you would be my hero.

(Yes, I read the description, but maybe a bit of crying I manage to soften your heart and give you a little push to do it... XD )

PD: Sorry for that pathetic action.

Really want to! I might give it a shot next weekend and see how it goes but its very time consuming, expectations at a minimum.

edit: You are now free to try it alone without using anything else now :)

would be great, I don't think its possible at all unfortunately. Would love to replicate rdr2 blood dripping for certain body parts, or even at all, but it isnt possible.

btw as a long-time fan of hollywood fx and a non-fan of cinematic fx I have to say I have converted. cvfx is now much better, has a massively better performance than hollywood (non-potato here) and adds much better looking anomalies along with features like blood and violence. the only thing I think hollywood is doing better now are muzzle-flashes but cvfx are pretty great too. just saying, you may want to give it a go

Managed to get most things done and compatible, As well as standalone version. I didn't see any issues occur but if I missed anything please let me know. Any issue that results in odd hit fx, or not working I will look into. Thanks <3

edit: I dislike the look of hit fx for blood with knives so this will be the next thing I work on.

The blood splatters look great! Would you maybe be willing to include the fixes in this mod?

Moddb.com

It adds back the center anomaly at the Generators and fixes the invisible poltergeist bug.

Hi, thanks I will take a look

edit: Uploaded, I just applied the fix for both gens and polter to the main cinemavfx, i really appreciate you asking because I realized texture folders were missing in cinematic, which would just give players black boxes on hit. bit concerning no one spoke about it, anyways, there you go!

Just tried it, and the anomalies look like vanilla. I think you might have the standalone version of particles.xr in the CVFX folder (the file properties for both look identical).

only one more problem, it's not in the gamedata folder. Not a big deal, just moved it to the proper place and it works great, but you'll probably want to fix that.

Thanks again for the great effect!

No problem. Another thing I noticed, the fire looks different, and the comet anomaly (the one in the tunnel in wild territory) doesn't look right. I'll send a screen shot in just a sec.

EDIT: Here's a screen shot of what the comet looks like-

thats so strange, ill look into it but i think that is 100% an issue with cinema/the fixed version you sent me in general because my addon specifically just merges my hit fx, it doesnt touch any of the things added/removed/editited other than the hitfx from bullet impacts. I know there are a few bugs like that for cinema . but even that is a bit odd, if you could try to recreate it for me with cinema/ only the fixed version id appreciate it as im unable to for awhile

With just CVFX and the generators/poltergeist fix it looks normal. I'll send a screenshot with CVFX and the gen/polter fix in just a sec
