All new items are sold by medics. Some new items also added to flea market and butcher's shop. As well as a lot of different traders that don't have medics nearby.

Keep in mind these values: Legs and Arms have 10HP per limb. Torso and Head have 22HP per limb.
That means total amount of hp is: 84HP
That is double of what basic BHS has to make 1HP matter less in the system making balancing easier.
No, boosting HP does not make limbs survive more damage. Everything is scaled.

- New Experimental BHS mode. Tarkov-like limb system. Vanilla HP only acts as a wellness indicator and cannot be healed with medkits. Only vinca and the usual ways of resting, artefacts,etc. Enables below feature automatically.
- Above can be buggy when the system prevents a death, as a callback fires but is cancelled by the script. Depends on installed mods. An alternative way can be used if this proves too buggy.
- Combined with the above change - damage bleedthrugh from destroyed limbs to every other limb. If you take damage in the destroyed limb the damage is split between all the other limbs. Can be turned on/off
- Limb damage multiplier added to MCM menu.

- Non-medical enhanced animations separated into a sister mod. FDDA enhanced animations.

- Bandages and tourniquets now work instantly instead of over time.
- Vodka's are now painkillers of different power.

- Psy mechanics for SJ stims. Now they lower your max psy health but increase resistance and regeneration the lower your psy health is. (EXPERIMENTAL)
- A lot more traders sell new items now, and old ones should be fixed, hopefully.
- Compatibility patch for Coffee if the zone to use better anims.
- Damage to limbs increased by 25%. Hopefully losing limbs will be more frequent.
Fixes:
- Painkillers active time is now tracked a lot better, so level transitions wont extend their duration. Nor saving/loading will extend/decrease it. Deviation will be very small % wise.
- Detailed description compatibility now has fixed encoding for dot symbols
- Default detailed description script fixes(included by default, not compat)
- Artefact healing now wont work if you dont have PBA mod installed. Meaning if you want to use it in base anomaly you need to patch it. I would do that if i had vanilla classnames and values for them - it is not hard at all.
- General bugfixing for main script
- DLTX bugfixing to make sure included mods are not overwritten by standalone versions of same mods.
- Animation files bugfixing to change as little as possible compared to base FDDA + asnen's. Now should be 100% compatible as no old anims are overwritten or deleted.
- Damage threshold lowered back to 3% like default. Now consumable items are tracked and wont deal damage to limbs
- Renamed Enchaned UI compat to "Enhanced GUI". Got confused about names

- Hotfix for a couple of bugs. Like setting splint charges to 1 because apparently i need to specify that item can only be used once.

I wonder if I installed the mods correctly? For some reason the game crashes without starting. As soon as I disable your mod, the game will launch. I tried different installation orders. this is on DX 8AVX
1) What error does it crash with?
2) Use the EGUI patch for this mod and place it after this one.

You need to disable EFPs BHS mods. Dont know why this error would happen though. This is meant to run with moddb versions of FDDA and BHS

It is a good mod but I was able to try it only once, I play in dx8 and every time I try to load my saved game the game gives a shader compilation failed error and even clearing the shader cache the error continues I only have the original mod and this one and I tried it in dx11 but the error does not give me

You cant use this mod on DX8 because of exo anims.

Figured out it was MO2 issue with not installing patches somewhy, doing this manually fixes this

Because of how stalker engine saves data you have to copy meshes folder into a new mod if you want to play after removing the mod

How can i disable "maxhp.leftleg" and "maxhp.rightleg" connection to movement speed?

You want to disable being slowed when your legs are damaged? Yeah i rather not do that. You can already adjust everything you need in MCM
No, i want to remove movement speed connection to "maxhp.leftleg" and "maxhp.rightleg" settings. If i increase those values, then in game i move faster.
I tested values a bit and if i set maxhp.leftleg=50, then in game my jogging is faster than vanilla sprinting.
It was not a thing with original mod.
Maxhp is normalized by using the effects power multiplier.
You need to adjust both values and not just one. This has been the case in BHS too

And i dont remember having any speed increase after buffing limb maxhp.
You are not supposed to increase limb HP anyway, as that makes no difference with everything being scaled to that new HP amount. So what you will get is more bars on the scale. That is it.
effects_mult is the variable. It is set at 0.5 for BHSRO, 1.0 for BHS.
For you it would have to be /5

Hey bro I have a problem, I tried doing everything to uninstall mod because personaly i like normal like health system, downloaded your's just to try it but now if I uninstall it or disable cant load the save casue it crashes with problem of mising item and I tried multi-times clicking on button to save uninstall in mcm but it's not working do you have any tips how to do it, except reinstalling everything (mods + anomaly)?
Copy gamedata/meshes folder to a new mod and load it. The problem is with X-ray's way of saving items. That cant be fixed
