hi, i think you made a typo or something in the xml file, error code for balon_4 wich i just found out is doesnt exist, i know it because i trace back all the error code and balon_4 just 1 in the string of code, wich is made the game crash when loading up duty soldiers, it more frequent at garbage or rostok.

After reading comments, finding this cursed file (took a long while for me) i do not recommend this addon for anyone, author should edit his .xml file, release updated & working version.
Don't use this addon.
