A continuation of the SSF Mod that was so successful in Swat4 and later in TSS. The original team members may have moved on but I have been handed the source code to continue the project and address some of the issues present in the last release(3.1). I will be fixing the AI issues that causes CTD's and will also be speeding up the friendly AI's deployment of tacaid for the first release. I also have some ideas that I will be implementing following this first release and I'm sure people will be glad to see what I will have for you. Untill the next update....cya around..

A quick heads up guys, my server is down..one of the drives in the raid array has decided its gonna die all downloads/services are currently suspended untill we can get this fixed which I'm afraid to say probably won't be quick..but we will resolve this as soon as humanly possible...

ok guys in a bid to get this moving a little faster I'm releasing the beta as 3.2 and any bug fixes and/or additions will be patched in future, this is mainly due to the lack of volunteers to test, so this will become the first release from me, I hope you like what I've done so far..

New features include:

  • Unlimited wedges (99)
  • Added a new map to the campaign - Precinct HQ
  • Speed up the AI at deploying nades on room breeching
  • Made the nade launcher hold 6 rounds at a time
  • Nade launcher has been made less powerful
  • Ammo pouch adds ammo for primary and secondary weapons


  • Fixed the crash to desktop from SSF 3.1
  • Insta-rip delay halved from 0.5 sec to 0.25 sec


  • New custom made launcher application that will start Vanilla, TSS, and SSF mod
  • Launcher includes built in chat
  • Launcher includes built in access to new maps, these self install also
  • Launcher also handles all future updates of the mod

unlimited wedges, is this for vanilla? I run out of wedges all the time. Is there something I am missing?

AI seems to run towards me when it tries to run to another room, instead of just hiding behind a desk or something.

THis happens quite a bit. Guys will stack up and throw a flash or cs into the doorway or one of its own men. The flash just bounces off and doesn't go in the room... this is pretty annoying. THis happens a ton with deploy command.

I hope this is still in progress... there are not many games this good. R6 raven shield doesnt even feel as good. Swat just feels right.

I would love to test things out and write details back to someone... especially with AI.
