Fgd-file different from standard opposing force.fgd only by possibility to show 3d models in Valve Hammer Editor, as it is possible in Valve Hammer Editor 3.5 combined with special half-life.fgd. Also our fgd include possibility to choose submodels of zombies' models (special for our mod)
Hm you need the code dll. file so make use of the FDG file. So I don't understand the point in releasing this public. ?
Soldier's Adverntures uses code of Opposing Force. I posted fgd because one user asked me. Maybe fgd will be interesting for you because it allows to show models from Opposing Force in valve hammer editor.

I checked your fgd and its pretty good but needs a lil bit more tweaking.
monster_zombie_soldier and monster_zombie_barney are not set
and a few heads missing on monster_grunt_ally_repel
+these is a type of flag that allows a monster to be without head,now that would be awesome
