Smod:Tactical is a game for people who like the realistic FPS's. Smod: Tactical is a conversion of Half-Life 2. It has a huge variety of weapons, it replaces the combine/ metropolice models to a more realistic model that fits with the scheme of the game, it has more gore, different explosion effects, bullet time (if you turn cheats on) and much, much more great effects.
With its latest release it has added alot more effects and has altered some of the weapons, quite a few things are configurable in the game .i.e gore, ragdolls, bullets. It also has a mapadd genorator for the Counter-Straike: Source maps. For more info and the downloads visit Smod-tactical.com

Well i think its news and I couldn't find any news about it on the Smod: Tacticle page.
