This wad is nothing special it's just one of those silly mods where doomguy's weapon sprites gets replaced with something else also

Still nothing speical i just still shit for someone on discord and shit cus why not i thought they were cool and could use some recognition or something like that so i made player sprites for them etc i was going to add a Tec-9 into the wad but that didn't work well so i decided not to add the gun so yeah maybe you guys can help figure that one out that would be great cus i was going for how projectily brutality has a weapon on the fourth slot as starter weapon or something like that

If it's "OwO" then he probably means that this is cute.
"OwO" is an emoticon to be used for that sort of stuff usually.
The way it is here "Ow o" is just a slightly messed up version and pretty much is the same thing.
