“What would happen if we applied Earth 2150 to Homeworld?” -- Slipstream: The Price of Freedom is just that. Or, at least, was supposed to be just that. What started as a multiplayer combat simulator, ended as the first entry into the Slipstream universe.

What about moving the buttons around to the edges or something, so they don't obscure the center of the image? I know I'd like to see that image in it's full glory.

I like the centering more, because the other menu screens will obscure it anyway. Plus, transparency looks better at full resolution.

Needs a bit of transparency on the buttons (just enough to see the BG through them, like frosted.)
