The Six Seconds mod is looking for a team

I will need a coder, modeler/texturer, mapper, and a concept editor. I can do basic modeling like terrain and angular buildings, and I can also make some music.

GAMEPLAY:
Concept: Six Seconds is a tactical multiplayer FPS where strategy is highly recommended. There will be multiple indoor and outdoor maps. These maps will consist of abandoned cities, city outskirts, and indoor levels like industrial buildings and large warehouses. The mod takes place in the future (but not too far into it). The two teams are the Rebels and Military. The main idea of the game is to get to an objective point and be able to capture it in six seconds (hence the name) without being killed, although the spy class has a longer capture time. The way it goes is one team attacks (captures objectives) and the other team defends the objectives. If the defending team keeps the objectives safe in 15 minutes (or if at least one objective is still safe), then they win. If the attacking team captures all the objectives, they win. Then after one round the teams switch jobs. The defending team can also capture back an objective point by being in it for 20 seconds. The strategic way to play is to make squads and have them all attack or defend the objective points.
Realism: This mod will be realistic and not your average shooter. There will be no crosshair. Instead, you will have to use iron sights or other scopes/sights if provided. you can also shoot without the sights, but you will have to know where the center of the screen is. There will also be the ability to switch shooting modes. (single/burst) There will be three stances, standing, crouch, and prone. The little details such as hand movements and weapon movements will also be provided.

UNITS:
Rebels: The Rebels come from the outskirts of deserted cities. They always hated the military for invading their cities and destroying them. They are the average citizens, but packed with guns. Some of them disguise themselves as policemen or soldiers. They all have different classes. There are snipers, spies, explosive specialists, and infantry.
---The snipers are dressed in dark or gray clothes, camouflaging themselves in the cities. There are roofs and towers available for them to hide in. They have two weapons available for choice. A Dragunov SVD rifle or a M40A2 rifle. They will also be equipped with a knife and pistol for closer encounters.
---The spies are varied. They can choose to be disguised as a policeman or military man. They will still show up as an enemy on the screen, but they will be less noticeable for the Military. Their disguise will also be different in some ways from the military's uniform, for easier distinction. They will be equipped with a Glock pistol and a knife. Their goal is to reach the objective point and capture it without being noticed. Their capture speed will be decreased compared to the other units for fairness.
---The explosive specialits carry a rocket launcher, mines, and grenades. They wear red suits and black pants. They have many goals. They blow up enemies, or set up mines near objective points to help their team mates. Their rocket launcher will look like a standard LAW.
---The infantry are your average class. They run around the map, scouting for enemies to kill and capturing objective points. They can also work in packs and have a deadly force. Their choice of weapons is generic. An AK-47, P90, and M-16. They will also have a Glock pistol with them just in case, and a knife. They will also be equipped with smoke grenades. They are the main unit.

Military: The military invaded the cities of the rebels for what they believe is a good reason. The rebels had set up houses in the outskirts of town and planned multiple attacks on the military. The military spies had heard this, and thus began the war. They have advanced weapons and technology. Their classes are snipers, spies, explosive specialists, and infantry.
---The military snipers are equipped with laser rifles and a holographic scope. They dress in dark colors. They will be provided with roofs and towers. Their main goal is not to capture objectives, but to kill the rebels they see. They will also be equipped with a futuristic Glock and a machete.
---The military spies can dress up as Rebels. Their disguise will look like a rebel infantry, but a little different for easier distinction. They will carry a Glock and a switchblade. Their main goal is to capture objective points by sneaking in. Their capture speed is slowed down for fairness because they don't look like their own team.
--- The explosive specialists are dressed in blue and white and carry an RPG, mines, and grenades. Their goal is to blow enemies into pieces or to keep objective points safe.
---The infantry are the generic class. They wear Combine-looking suits. Their weapon choice is a FN SCAR-L, a M4A1 with a holographic sight, or a futuristic-looking SMG. Their main goal is to kill enemies and capture objective points.
