This vessel is rigid application of the Imperial Creed incarnated.
Jack of all trades, master of none... Unless it's a 9km battleship.
Yes, you will not win a battle of millenia on this ship, but still... you can use her as flagship of small fleets in distant regions of space. Her versatility should be enough to tackle down some dozens of pirates.
So basically Luna-class on steroids?
I have never seen such steroids then.
