If you go to Amnesia: The Dark Descent's "Mods" section and look at the "Popular mods", you will see Sins Of Our Past in the top 10 (For now). Why?
I mean, Sins Of Our Past: Chapter 1 is simply bad compared to White Night and La Caza. But still, it stands on the first place, for now. Although Sins Of Our Past: Chapter 2 will be MUCH better than Chapter 1, in every way, people like my story. Of course, as the developer, I can only see flaws and bugs in my own custom story, and that's just natural for me. For example, Sins Of Our Past: Chapter 1 didn't have ANY ambient music. It's level design was bugged. There were many small flaws. And I blame that, it was my first custom story EVER.
But, I learned much from Chapter 1. Ambient music? Better level design? Bigger and more open maps? Outdoor areas? These all will be included in Chapter 2. Even the storyline will take big jumps forward, and it will reveal itself slowly.
As for the "Act" system... There is 3 Acts, and everytime you complete one, you will be noticed of that, and everytime the next Act begins, you will be revealed more of the story, and it all will come crashing on you when you finish this story. And I can say now; There will be no Chapter 3. This will be the end.
Finish what you were made to start. Find the truth.
