Well the NTB was in the 2003 miniseries so I liked it as the design was sort of like a Y-wing precursor.

Wat. The NTB never appeared in any media. And your highly glorified NTB rendition isn't even right. The NTB was intended to be similar to the Arc-170 and Z-95, not as a "Y-wing precursor".

I'm sorry but seeing how pretentious people acted to Ultimate Empire at War's NTB made me view the usual rendition of the NTB a bit distasteful. The concept more so the quality.

We never got a canon picture of the NTB-630 in any form, even if we do have the PTB-625, which is likely similar in design.

Well that was the Y-Wing for you and if you don't like it then too bad because I will fly that brick into your bridge A-Wing style.

I personally prefer the GCW era Y wing. I've always felt like the extra plating on the Clone Wars era version somewhat divorced it from the star wars art style. The skeletal look of the GCW y wing really gives it that industrial look.

Description

Used by the Republic to fill the operational gap of a dedicated bomber, the BTL-B Y-wing was immediately set to work during the campaign to destroy the Malevolence, and was found to perform excellently in its tasks. In SoGE, the BTL-B takes the place of the NTB-630 as the Republic's advanced bomber squadron.
