::JUSTINE REQUIRED:: This is the conclusion of Silent Hallways, the final part. The plot is simple: you were captured and need to find a way out. The question is, however, can you find the way out? Will you be able to escape? Or will you be trapped down there forever? This chapter also contains custom sounds and music. This one may also be a little short, but that shouldn't stop you from playing!

This story gave me some mixed feelings. While it was scary as hell and had pretty creative maps, it kinda faild to satisfy me.

Its not deep in any ways. Its a classic "you found yourself locked up in a prison without knowing why. Escape!" I dont know who the character is, or whats behind the castle. Sure, its obvious some evil demons lives there, but why?

*SPOILER WARNING*

It also seemed like all the "puzzles" were way too simple or way too... well, "copy and paste". Keys, keys, keys, keys... and scary events 8/10 times I picked up a key. Waaaay too predictable. And all other things I needed were already done (acid mixture) and very simple to find (bonesaw).

I also disliked the enviroment sound in the cellar after the "Get out / Hallucination grunt" event. I dont know if its just me, but the quality wasn't good at all.

Conclusion:

It really scared the hell out of me, so no doubt its not scary enough, but it seriosuly did not satisfy me. Its really well created, but nothing really special about it. Still deserves a pretty high score for your hard work and the heart attacks you gave me ;)

8/10 - Really good

Erh.. I played all the three chapters and I think this is the best one.

My honest critic feedback: Don't take it too serious!

Story is okay, but lacks with unpredictable jump-fest scares. Those new "enemies" not scary just planned dummy. Mapping is kind of painful to watch "in the editor" In cellars or pitch-black dungeons no boxlight using which is really important. Remember that, I see you have used this at other places.

Scares bad ones, but why? First of all in chapter 1 & 2 there are too many "I know when this thing jumps in here" kind ones. Plan next time carefully where you put them and make new really original ones.

Overall: It was mediocre experience for me, nothing original, but plain simple and maybe little rushed, but okay "little scary trilogy to play"

I give you 6 / 10. Not awful, but not very good one.

Pretty good! A fairly short but sweet custom story, linear in design, with a few monsters to deal with. Pretty standard, and I believe has two endings, but it's based on which door you choose, so nothing too special there. But yeah, that's all for this one, good map design too, nice.

Once again, not bad but still could be better. Some of the events and noises were good, some areas were interesting. Still, if there will ever be 4th part, I recommend trying harder. Most of the events in all 3 parts were kind of predictable and too many events were triggered by picking up a key. That is all.

I just finished playing all three chapters I was highly impressed. I haven't played many custom stories, but this one is the best by far. It had challenging but fun puzzles to solve, and the scares in this were not cheap jumpscares. They were very well set up moments of utter horror that had me scared to the core. You did a very very good job on this. So good in fact when the credits began to roll I applauded. i look forward to playing more of your custom stories in the future. Well done! I'd give it a 9 out of 10 if I wasnt such a new person on this site lol.
