I'm surprised that there was a mod for this, and boys from NOEYEBROW too - pretty good. fixed it for 3.0
Description
+ Added 5 new pop portraits + Added "Space Shota Nation" to the playable empire list and made it so that they would always spawn. + Finished cleaning up every portraits, feels good. + Removed some portraits
