First: This is MP, NOT SP. HUD, sound, and the final physics are not in yet. This was only to test the Lag Fix.
Second: The "Lag Fix" is based on the players FPS. Since I am recording using FRAPS, my FPS are significantly reduced and therefore offsets the "Lag Fix."
For regular players not using FRAPS while playing, they should experience no lag. However, this is the only way to show real time video of multiplayer.
