Quake mod - Shamblers Castle
Full Version 13 commentsThis is first release for Quake mod. A single player experience a quake-like world.
This is a Quake inspired mod featuring the map: Shambler's Castle.
All assets are original, nothing is ported from Quake.
This includes one map (roughly 30 minutes of fast paced game play),
5 Remade Quake Monsters,
All Remade Quake Weapons with New Sounds (Lightning Gun is included in the mod but not in the map because of broken sounds),
Quad Damage Powerup
And much more!
This mod is finished. Look for the sequel to include an updated version of the map, as well as many more maps and improvements!

You can't BFG had so many changes it no longer has mod support.

Hello, I have some good news for you guys... I hear that the DOOM 3 source code is being released sometime after RAGE. If you guys get your hands on it... Please remake the entire Quake game and release it as an IP. Please. That is all I ask.

I can't get this to work. I once had it working in Linux, I just typed something into terminal (maybe shambler?), but it won't work now. This isn't a Windows only version, is it?

They could hire the guys that made the Seal of Nehahra machinima.
the Nehahra mod itself was pretty cool too btw. wonder what happened to that stuff, there was some info about the project not being dead, now the page is nowhere to be found :/
They released the mod with a complete single player campaign. It's done. I'm sure there's still a mirror somewhere with the file(s) to download.
