The ShadowrunnerNights project is a Shadowrun conversion for Neverwinter Nights, made possible through the d20 modern modification. It covers as much of 3rd ed Shadowrun rules as possible, although these rules have been adapted to fit the d20 system. This mod includes things such as cyberware, decking, drugs, pc/npc relationships, weapon concealment/spotting, and of course the world of Shadowrun. The SRN system allows for both single and multi-player, with the possibility of a persistent-world environment should a suitable server be found. All this is accomplished via databases, thus characters should be able to carry over any module specific effects, such as the corp they've ticked off, the cyberware installed, and their contacts.
