More realistic armpits for Lara — stubbly, wet and shiny. (For use with Kaldaien’s ‘Special K’.)
How to use:
— This mod is designed for use with Kaldaien’s “Special K”. Find and download “SK_FFXV.7z” and copy its content plainly into the folder “c:\…\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadow of the Tomb Raider\”.
— In the subfolder “SK_Res” create the further subfolders “…\inject\textures\” and copy this mod’s dds files therein.
— Run the game in DirectX 11 mode (being set by default). If during game start a flat, horizontal overlay banner window appears, Special K is working. The game’s original textures ought to be replaced by this mod’s ones automatically. Special K steps in when the game tries to hand over its textures to the graphics card, intercepts them and replaces them by the modified textures. It seems to work with DirectX 11 only.
— If you’re annoyed by Special K’s starting banner mentioned above, click “On Screen Display (OSD)” in Special K’s main window and then set the seconds to show that banner to “0.0”.
