Shadow of Morrowind is a work in progress mod which has been in development since the release of the Dragonborn DLC in february 2013.
Our goal is to create a lore friendly 4E Morrowind full of quests and adventures. The mod is directly integrated in the Solstheim world space.
This means the Dragonborn DLC is required. The Solstheim world space can be reached by boat and also by using the border gates from Skyrim to Morrowind.

The province of Morrowind is in the northeast corner of Tamriel and home to the Dunmer (Dark Elves).
It consists of a continental mainland and a large island in the center called Vvardenfell.
TES III Morrowind took place during the 3rd era on the island of Vvardenfell.

At the beginning of the 4th era the Red Mountain erupted and caused an event known as "the Red Year".
Soon after the disaster the Argonians invaded Morrowind. These and other events have changed the province drastically.

So... You're doing the exact same thing as Beyond Skyrim: Morrowind, recreate Morrowind in the 4th era (so not Skywind, which is an entirely different project)? Is there a reason for not working with them, or do you guys have different goals?

So this is not like Skywind? This isnt a recreation of the old game, this is something all by itself?

this is a project that could really be like its own dlc...i played oblivion and all its dlcs (i love the theme song alot) and i played skyrim and all its dlcs...while i know almost every single inch of Elder scrolls lore,i didn't play morrowind and would love to visit it to the old land after the red mountain erupted

This is what it's all about, making Morrowind in the new Era after the Red Mountain erupted (unlike Skywind which is making it in the old Era), lore friendly and excellently well made, this project has huge potential and looks very promising, I can see it succeeding and being well known like Nehrim or even more, the amount of hard work you've put in is really showing and the details make this project delightful, I already am a huge fan and I love it already, I hope and wish for nothing but the best for you!
I'm tracking this excellent project
